This was taken on Halloween night, 1998 at a friend's house who puts on a show every year. Look to the right of the prop "monk," behind the white fence and under the tree branches. I don't recall seeing anybody dressed in a "ghoul mask." The host of this show also did not see anyone in a ghoul costume. It's probably someone in a costume, but who knows?
